Copyright & Ownership

All photographs displayed in this gallery are copyrighted works and remain the sole property of Dream Nova Photography. Copyright is not transferred with the purchase or download of any images.

Personal Use License

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and share their images for personal use only.

Personal use includes:
• Printing for yourself, friends, and family
• Sharing on personal social media accounts
• Displaying images in your home

Personal use does not include:
• Commercial use of any kind
• Advertising, branding, or promotion for a business
• Sale, licensing, or redistribution of images

Commercial use requires written permission from Dream Nova Photography.

Social Media Sharing

Clients may share images on social media.
Images may not be altered beyond basic cropping.

Applying heavy filters, presets, or edits that change the original look of the image is not permitted.

Printing & Products

Clients may print images freely or purchase professional prints and products directly through the gallery store.

Dream Nova Photography is not responsible for print quality from third-party labs not affiliated with this gallery.

Gallery Access & Availability

Galleries are hosted through Pixieset, a third-party platform.

At this time, galleries do not expire.
Dream Nova Photography reserves the right to introduce gallery expiration periods in the future, with reasonable notice.

While every effort is made to maintain gallery availability, long-term storage is not guaranteed.

Third-Party Services

Client galleries are delivered using Pixieset. By accessing your gallery, you also agree to Pixieset’s terms of service and privacy practices.

Dream Nova Photography is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.

Limitation of Liability

Dream Nova Photography is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this gallery, including but not limited to data loss, download issues, or unauthorized third-party access.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
